Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to process your order and dispatch your goods to you within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If your order is placed before 12pm (GMT), you can typically expect your delivery in:

  • 1-3 working days for UK
  • 3-5 working days for Europe
  • 5-7 working days for international (World Zone 1 and World Zone 2)

If we receive your order Monday to Friday before 12pm (GMT), we aim to process your order and dispatch your items on the same day – this may, however, vary during busy periods but we will aim to get your order out within 24 hours of receiving payment.

We use Royal Mail First Class as standard for UK deliveries.  While you can typically expect delivery in 1-3 working days depending on when the order is placed, please allow up to 5 working days in busy periods.

We use Royal Mail ‘Tracked and Signed’ for all international deliveries.  While you can typically expect delivery in 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World, please allow up to 14 working days in busy periods.  Additional delays may be experienced processing the delivery in receiving countries, which is out of our or Royal Mails’ control.  We cannot accept responsibility for these delays.  Please get in touch if your delivery has not been received in 14 working days and we will happily investigate this for you.

World Zone 1

Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe or World Zone 2.

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.

World Zone 2

This zone covers the following territories:

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at info@heymindy.com to advise us of your wish to return and explain any problem or feedback you have.  We can then agree either a refund or an exchange.

If you are returning any of your products, you must do so in its original packaging and in its original unused condition, within 14 days.

Upon receipt we will refund the price of the item/order to your original card details or exchange it for another design depending on your instructions.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage for non UK deliveries.

Cancelling an order

You have up to 7 days to cancel your order.  To cancel your order, please email info@heymindy.com.  If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the above returns policy.
